Redemption conditions

  • Skuk el Khair Certificate may be prematurely redeemed after the first 6 months, according to the redemption rules announced at SC Bank
  • Interest rate recalculated as per the percentage of deducting from annual interest rate, which applied on the certificate according the following:
  • From the 7th to the 12th month: the percentage discount from the annual interest rate applicable to the Sukuk Al-Khair certificate is 9.00%
  • During the second year: the discount rate of the annual return rate applied to the Sukuk Al-Khair certificate is 8.00%
  • During the third year: the discount rate of the annual return rate applied to the sukuk al-khair certificate is 7.00%
