Required documentation for SCB E-Wallet

  • A copy of a valid national ID.
  • Your mobile number must be registered in your name.
  • You must not have another SCB E-Wallet on the same number.
  • You can have up to 3 E-Wallets on the same national ID with different numbers.

  • Use a strong PIN and change it if you suspect unauthorized access.

  • Maximum daily limit for individuals: EGP 60,000.
  • Maximum monthly limit for individuals: EGP 200,000.

Recharge your SCB E-Wallet through any Suez Canal Bank ATM or participating ATM network.

  • Insert your debit card into the ATM.
  • Select “Other Services” then “E-Wallet Services”.
  • Choose “Cash In” and enter your mobile wallet number.
  • Enter the amount and confirm the transaction.
