Redemption conditions
- Sukuk Maisarah Certificate may be prematurely redeemed after the first 6 months, according to the redemption rules announced at SC Bank Interest rate recalculated as per the percentage of deducting from annual interest rate, which applied on the certificate according the following:
- For daily frequency payout: From the 7th to the 12th month: the percentage discount from the annual interest rate applicable to the Sukuk Maisarah certificate is 3% During the second year: the discount rate of the annual return rate applied to the Sukuk Maisarah certificate is 2% During the third year: the discount rate of the annual return rate applied to the sukuk Maisarah certificate is 1%
- For Monthly frequency payout: From the 7th to the 12th month: the percentage discount from the annual interest rate applicable to the Sukuk Maisarah certificate is 2% During the second year: the discount rate of the annual return rate applied to the Sukuk Maisarah certificate is 1.5% During the third year: the discount rate of the annual return rate applied to the sukuk Maisarah certificate is 1%
