- Skuk el Khair USD Certificate may be prematurely redeemed after the first 6 months, according to the redemption rules announced at SC Bank
- From the 7th to the 12th month: Interest waiver
- During the second year: the discount rate of the annual return rate applied to the Sukuk Al-Khair certificate is 1.5%
- During the third year: the discount rate of the annual return rate applied to the sukuk al-khair certificate is 1%
